For each monthly meeting we will have one hostess which provides her home for the meeting location and three co-hostess to assist her with appetizers and desserts.
It is the role of the HOSTESS to supply paper products, cups and a water pitcher. The hostess will also purchase the wine and beer for that month’s meeting. All leftover wine and beer will be saved and brought to the next month’s meeting. Please turn in your receipt for the wine and beer to our treasurer, Jen Wallin, for reimbursement!
It is the role of the CO-HOSTESS to provide one appetizer and one dessert as well as help set up and cleanup the hostess’ home. Please discuss amongst the co-hostess what you plan to bring.
For special events like the Halloween Pizza Party, Christmas Sleigh Ride and the Easter Egg Hunt, the Hostess will be in charge of organizing the event and set up/clean up of the tables and decorations. The role of the Co-Hostess will be to help with set up and clean up.
